No. jilliz strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the login page.

The minimum deposit at jilliz is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱200 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may trigger additional verification steps in line with anti-money laundering regulations.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank and the time of day. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate right away.

Go to your account dashboard and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC complete). Processing times are:
  • GCash / PayMaya: within 1–4 hours
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days

Yes. If you have claimed a bonus but no longer wish to complete the wagering requirements, you can forfeit the bonus through your account settings or by contacting support.
